CORPORATE BOOT CAMP: starts in Summer (June 2008) Avoid mid day slumps, rev-up your metabolism, and make the most of your lunch hour with our new downtown boot camp class. Be prepared to burn fat, tone your muscles, and have fun with friends and co-workers in this fast paced outdoor class. Don't waste your time doing workouts that won't challenge your body. Noon hour boot camp will focus on toning your arms, sculpting your legs, and defining your abs. CLASS INCLUDES Cardio, strength training, core work, nutritional tips, professional trainers, and fun creative workouts each and every class. There is no nutritional journaling in this program, just a quick 50 minute workout and you are back at your desk. If you need a nutritional over-haul, we highly recommend that you register in our basic boot camp program first. RAIN OR SHINE All classes are held rain or shine, so please be prepared for the weather and bring a towel to work and an extra set of underwear if necessary:-) ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME Absolutely no fitness experience is necessary! All ages and fitness levels are welcome. You will be challenged at your own level. The class is progressive so as you get stronger the workouts get harder! If you can walk then you can do this class. |
