sCHEDULE

LFS boot camp offers classes in various locations in the Victoria area. We have earlybird, morning, lunch hour, and evening classes to choose from. Feel free to mix and match your class times and days to meet your scheduling needs and if you miss a class you will have the entire duration of the program to make up any missed classes in any of the classes we have available. Choose from one of 5 classes as outlined in the table below: M,W,F Earlybird, M,W,F Morning, M,W,F Blast class, M,W,F Evening at 6:00pm, M,W Evening at 7:40pm and F at 6:00pm, or T,Th evening, & Sat morning. Each class is 1.5 hours in length with the exception of the Blast class and the Late evening classes.

WINTER BOOT CAMP: Jan 12th to Feb 23rd

Beat the Winter Blues.  Our  Winter Camp is not only designed to help you shed unwanted "winter weight", but it will also help you get your body ready for a sunny winter holiday at the same time!  (6 weeks).

EARLY SPRING BOOT CAMP: March 8th to April 19th

Send your metabolism soaring with our break through ultimate sculpting plan.  Spring Boot Camp will help you fast track your results with breakthrough combinations of cardio and toning your muscles.  (6 weeks).

SPRING BOOT CAMP: April 26th to June 7th

Refine your eating habits,  blast your abs, and trim inches from your hips, butt and thighs in time for beach season. (6 weeks). We are excited to announce that we have added 2 new classes this spring. We have a one hour boot camp blast from 11:15am to 12:15pm on Mondays and Wednesdays (Fridays at 9:30 are an optional addition for this class). We have also added another evening class on Mondays, Wednesdays at 7:40pm and Friday at 6:00pm.

SUMMER BOOT CAMP: June 21st to August 2nd or August 16th (8 week extension option) 

Maintain your muscles and enjoy Victoria's beautiful outdoors with our summer beach workouts and much more!  Keep the chips off the hips and learn to spice up your meals with our healthy Barb-Q friendly recipes.

EARLY FALL BOOT CAMP: September 13th to October 25th

The kids are back at school and our time is our own once more…Whoo Hoo!  September often feels like a second chance to reorganizing your life.  As your warm summer tan slowly fades away, we encourage you to welcome the thought of getting back into a new training routine. (6 weeks).

FALL BOOT CAMP: November 1st to December 13th

Last chance to rev up the metabolism before holiday feasting begins.  This boot camps helps you control the candy cravings of Halloween and will teach you how to eat without gaining weight during the holidays.
